She has an answer prepared for this, and for once, Eleven's relieved for that.

"I did school from home," she says. If it explains why she's weird, then that's fine, too.

She takes the ID card so she can look at it. It has his name, and his picture. Is she supposed to have one of these? Does she already, and she just doesn't know, because Hop had never felt the need to give it to her? She hands it back, still frowning lightly.
