Richie Tozier, who isn't Mike Wheeler, is strange. Much stranger than Mike, or Dustin, or anyone else she's met. He bows like she's only seen on TV, and he wears big glasses that make his Not Mike eyes seem much bigger. His hair is wrong, too, and the way he uses Mike's voice is wrong.

It helps her begin to separate him from Mike in her mind. All of the glaring differences that stand him apart.

"El," she answers, though her tone is still suspicious.
